Park State Bank Scholarship Program 2024-2025

At Park State Bank, we believe in helping students achieve their dreams of higher education. As part of our commitment to the community, we are proud to offer four non-renewable $1,500 scholarships to qualified, committee-selected graduating seniors who will be attending a community college or four-year university.
This scholarship program reflects our belief in today’s youth and our dedication to empowering the next generation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent academic achievement, leadership experience, consistent community involvement, and a strong desire to make their community a better place. We believe that knowledge is power, and education is the key to creating a brighter future for everyone.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Applicant must be currently enrolled as a high school senior
- Applicant must attend an accredited community college or four-year university (public or private) full-time in the fall following his or her senior year
- Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Applicant must supply a copy of their college schedule before scholarship funds are released
Checks will be made payable to the college they will be attending in the fall - Applicant does not need to be a Park State Bank customer
- Must be a resident of Minnesota, Superior, WI or within a 25-mile radius of Superior, WI
- Park State Bank employee family members are not eligible
APPLICATION:
- Interested students must complete the application by March 3, 2025.
- Include two Letters of Recommendation. Include: Name, Relationship, and Email Address
- All information received is considered confidential and is reviewed only by the Park State Bank Scholarship Committee

SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS:
Park State Bank operates on our five Core Values: Growth, Teamwork, Responsive, Transparent and Innovative. Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, potential to succeed, leadership, participation in school and community activities, honors received and alignment of our Core Values. Financial need is not considered.
2023-2024 scholarship RECIPIENTS ANNOUNCED
The scholarship award recipients include Claire Clusiau from Nashwauk-Keewatin High School, Luke Hecimovich from Rock Ridge High School, Allison Kircher from Duluth East High School, and Ellie Norvitch from Rock Ridge High School.
